Jabula Engineering is a locally owned Level 2 BBBEEE, Mining charter 3 accredited company with 60 percent black ownership. Jabula Engineering was formed as a company committed to supplying locally manufactured next generation technologies and services for the Mining industry. The company’s management philosophy is based on responsibility and mutual respect, while encouraging ownership of responsibilities to help foster personal and professional growth. Jabula Engineering focuses on productivity for growth and profitability, and respect for its customers and employees to increase repeat and referral business while minimizing employee turnover. Additionally, the company encourages employees to have fun by allowing creative independence and providing professional challenges that are realistic, attainable, and rewarding. We have locally inspired technology which allows our products to work with all existing systems that is currently in operation. As our products are locally designed and manufactured our systems can be customized for the end user for their unique, individual applications.
